Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Game Challenge. You agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of RIT and the Sponsors, which will be final and binding in all respects. RIT and the Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Game Challenge or any Sponsor web site, (b) violating these rules, (c) violating the rules of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any RIT property or service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
