RIT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Game Challenge should (in its sole discretion) any cause beyond its reasonable control occur, including but not limited to, acts of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, acts of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, and fraud, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Game Challenge. In such case, RIT may select the finalists or winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by RIT.
